Agreement for supply of winding and rewinding equipment signed at INDEX
May 22, 2026
By: Karen McIntyre
A.Celli and one of the leading Chinese nonwovens producers, Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Group, renewed their collaboration with the order of a new supply of winding and rewinding equipment for wetlaid nonwoven production. The companies signed the contract for the equipment during the INDEX 2026 exhibition in Geneva.
Twenty years after the completion of their first joint project in 2006, A.Celli and Dalian Ruiguang Nonwoven Group celebrate a long-standing partnership built on mutual trust, technological innovation and continuous cooperation. Over the years, the two companies have worked together many times, strengthening a relationship that has grown alongside the evolution of the nonwovens market. The signing ceremony at INDEX 2026 represents another important milestone in a collaboration that continues to look toward the future.
The scope of supply for this new project, which involve the production of wetlaid material, includes the E-WIND® STREAM winder and an E-WIND® RAPID rewinder, designed to produce reel with a maximum width of 3,600 millimeters. The installation and startup of this equipment is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
During the signing ceremony Mr. Gu, the Owner of Dalian Ruiguang, said: “Throughout all these years, we have always appreciated the reliability of A.Celli’s technologies, together with the professionalism and support of their team. This long-term partnership has contributed to the growth of our business and has allowed us to successfully develop numerous projects together. We are pleased to renew our collaboration once again and we are confident that this new investment will further strengthen our production capabilities.”
